Make your fresh herbs last longer with these few tips and tricks. In this homestead skills video I show you how I preserve different produce and herbs from the farmers market. This includes freeze drying blueberries to have in smoothies, making a garlic and herb butter to freeze, storing herbs in the fridge long term, and drying herbs using an oven. This is just another step I am taking to living more self-sufficiently in preparation for living somewhat off-grid in a yurt.
