I also made simple pita bread that I've been making as a beginner. These two recipes are so quick and simple that even a beginner can make them. RECIPES: Pita Bread 1 cup warm water 2 teaspoons dry instant yeast 2 1/2 all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoons olive oil Falafel 1 cup of dried chickpeas soaked overnight and cooked 1/2 red onion 2 cloves of garlic 1 small hot chilli 1 bunch of corriander/parsley (50/50) zest of 1 lemon juice of half a lemon 1 Tbl sp ground corriander, cumin 2 Tbl sp flour 1/2 tsp salt, baking soda Cob Loaf 7g (1 sachet) dry yeast 2 teaspoons caster sugar 1 cup warm water 3 cups bread flour 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 egg Cheese and Bacon Sauce 3 rashers of bacon 3 spring onions chopped 1 250gm tub of cream cheese 100gm cheese shredded 1/4 cup of sour cream salt and pepper to taste brie cheese, mozarella (optional) DISCLAIMER: Links included in this description might be affiliate links.
